How do you report someone?

I have NEVER reported someone on this forum. But having just been mentally assaulted by a recent post, I'd like to know how to do it.

the button that says "report" under any post/comment????????????

or "deport" depending on if you have community styling turned on or not

if you click on the "settings" gear icon and change the Community Styling setting you can make it look more 'normal'
