They're trying to make it so he can't be president again. It for the optics so that normies believe that this is true.

IF SCOTUS were to find for DJT and overturn states and it turns out he won the election, which he did, then YES the whole impeachment is null and void.

Also, I don't think SCOTUS will do anything. It has to be the military. When they make arrests and overturn the fraudulent election EVERYTHING that happened as a result of the first fraud is null and void. EVERYTHING!
