I've done some independent research on this topic and this is the source link I've found most often cited :https://www.lavoz.com.ar/mundo/fallo-de-un-tribunal-peruano-pandemia-fue-creada-por-bill-gates-george-soros-y-familia-rockefe I'm not fluent in Spanish so I cannot verify what the contents of the article say. However, I can say this looks to be a real newspaper (see: https://reutersinstitute.politics.ox.ac.uk/sites/default/files/2020-06/DNR_2020_FINAL.pdf, and ctrl+F La Voz)
