Theory on impeachment

I'm stating to think white hats are pushing for this impeachment trial. It gives Trumps people a public platform to lay out all of the election fraud evidence. The Dems couldn't be this stupid. If they stole this election, they can easily steal the next one. I can't think of another explanation for why they would try to impeach Trump at this point.
Thoughts?
Also since they deem it acceptable to impeach president Trump who is no longer in office we can now put Obama now under the gun and other presidents just a thought tell me what you think
Agreed. The precedent has now been set, which is another part of the importance of this.
