I signed the declination form for it. Which was advised by my coworkers and manager as well. I just don’t trust it. Not enough research or time. Got an email today that they will be requiring us to get it now or we can’t work there. This pisses me off. This is the hospital I’ve wanted to work at for a long time. Great people. Smaller community based hospital. Now I have to decide to take my forced upon chances with the vaccine. Or leave. I’m not a happy camper right now.

It seems likely that either way, you will be leaving the job because YOU chose to and not because the vaccine killed you. I know that seems harsh. Stick to your guns. Don't budge an inch. The hospital could be all talk and no action just for show. There is NO law forcing you to get vaccinated. There may be rules, policies, mandates, but there are no orders and laws demanding you be vaccinated.
I plan on declining until they physically walk me out. I’ll document it all. And retaliate as legally appropriate
WWG1WGA. I absolutely will keep a good thought for you. Stay strong and firm.
