He couldn't turn on the mic. Then needed help understanding what was being asked and to be honest....Im still not sure what he said. Im not sure if he was drunk, or mentally declining.

I dont say that lightly, my grandmother had dementia. Either that guy is drunk or he needs to have a mental health assessment done.
