Leahy is clueless. He can't even run a meeting without being spoon fed what to say.

He didn't understand what Mike Lee was objecting to. He asked for a roll call vote which had nothing to do with the objection.

Schumer finally stepped in after he realized that there were tens of thousands of people watching this shit show live on RSBN.
