Maybe I'm reading too much into this but here goes--3 theories:

blue box = key + the key that opens all doors + the start + they're showing 'thumbs up' (note there are 3 blue boxes on the desk) and the Q post contains a link to an article stating that "spygate will make watergate look like 3rd rate burglary"

SO....

1. The NSA (it's their seal in the pic) has the thumbs up (or green light) to turn the 3 keys that will start indictments/arrests/prosecution for FISA gate which will open doors up to many other cases of abuse treason etc....?

Or

2. The NSA finally has the 3 keys they need to start the iindictments/arrests/prosecution for FISA gate?

Or 3. 3 key things needed to happen in order for the NSA to be able to pursue the indictments/arrests/prosecution for FISA gate and thumbs up means all 3 are complete?
