If I have the choice of SEEING big arrests...

... or letting it happen quietly behind the scenes and capturing 4 X as many because they didn't create a huge stir...

... I'd want it to take place quietly behind the scenes and get as many of them as possible while the others remain unaware. :>)

I'll give up the pleasure of watching arrests and perp-walks... for the knowledge that it is being done on a more massive scale without publicity.
