I suspect this is fake news. Just went to the site, and it's filled with tons of click bait and stuff. It has no sources within the article. Looking at the "quotes" attributed to Justice Kavanaugh, they appear highly suspicious and not likely said by him. Well, this is my opinion for what's it's worth.
