They simply may notice who is real establishment. You know - being "socialist" and cooperating with harcore warmongers, and corpo-boys like Bezos or Gates gives them a good questions to consider because of big cognitive dissonance... They don't even need to learn how communism is evil to step against ellites. After all the question is they feel marginalized by the corporate-political elites and that's why they support/supported socialism which they thought is against elites. After they learn they were used,fucked up by those they really hate,after being BETRAYED what do you think they feel and believe you think ? Abandoned girlfriend scenario :)

There are 2 kinds of socialists really:

• those who blindly believe - most of them really misguided kids or at least believing the goal justifies the purpose.And goal looks for them nice in theory, but problem is not all people are moral, problem lies in practice. Mostly this kind of people wants to be morally superior or look like that and it is fundamental for them.
• those who profit on Socialism,especially on those first ones. Cynical,primitive evil monsters which when unmasked properly - so the first group would understand who they really are would disgust those first group so much those first would burn them on the stake after torturing.

Ok 2 groups but sometimes it is mixed - but one of those attitudes would dominate.
