Went to the local Michigan based hardware store today and upon entering I was told to put on a mask. I said no. She offered me one I refused. manager told me I can't go in with oitva mask I said I'm going in anyways. Register punk behind plexiglass said he won't cash me out. Told the liberal boy I'm not leaving without my elmer's glue. So he turned off his light for the register. I said I'll wait right here with the light on or off makes no difference to me. Long story short 3 cop cars and 3 cops came in and told me I have to follow the store policy. Said I can't wear a mask. He said I don't want to argue. Me neither I said just want to purchase my elmers glue. After lots of going back and forth He asked me where were the items I wanted to purchase? Told him the register boy confiscated them. Cop went to counter and asked where they were. Register boy told him he put them back on the shelf. Cop asked him to go get them ?? Cop asked for my money so I could wait at the door so I don't infect the entire store that had one other customer. He brought it to me and I asked if I could also get a bag. Cops were a bunch of assholes, so was the management and the libtards working behind the counter who would take off their mask to make a face at me. Copper told me I'm not allowed back. Probably will go back anyway in the future. Tell you what!! I left with my elmer's glue!! Fuck all of them!! Ps I'm just a mom shopping with her son for some glue for homeschool project. If I can do it anyone can. Stand tall!!

Rights? There is no right to shop in a private establishment in contravention of that establishment’s policies, even if the policies are stupid.
Sure you do. Religious freedom is still a right. Small locations might not understand this but look up why lowes, Home Depot, Walmart are all forced to allow non masked patrons legally.
I’m a lawyer. None of those establishments are generally forced to allow non-masked patrons for religious reasons.
I am here because I am committed to liberty, including the liberty of private establishments to refuse service for whatever reasons they might choose, whether or not those reasons are intelligent or not. Masks are stupid, but this idea that you have the right to do whatever you feel like on other folks’ property is childish at best.
Thanks for calling me childish shill. However have any of these cases went to trial yet? Have you tried any cases yourself? That’s a pretty bold statement seeing as you have no data only opinion to back up your responses.
You want to be able to force your preferences on other people on their property. That’s childish. No masks, no service is no different to no shoes, no shirt, no service.
What? Which cases? Gone to trial for what? There is no general right to religious freedom in private establishments. Can you even cite the statutory basis for such a lawsuit?
