Haha, that’s hilarious.

Not the same person here but Kevin Kline did play a role where he was the stand in for a president who got sick. Good movie called Dave from the 90’s.

In light of new information, might have to rewatch it. Maybe a movie marathon of Dave, Wag the Dog, and Bulworth.
