Yes that's on page 381 of the DS playbook. Chapter 47, article 10-- "The ruling elite class shall discredit all who challenge our standing no matter their station or support. This shall be done through bribery, extortion, subversion, sabotage, fraud, propaganda, falsification, and murder. If all else fails, cut off the flow of information to the ignorant masses"

Okay, I made that up but you get it. They haven't updated the playbook in 80 years so unfortunately for them, there are a ton of others broadcasting this and CSPAN won't be missed.
