We all know that this impeachment trial is bull shit for something planned and instigated by the DEMOCRATIC retarded party.

So the question is can these crooks then be prosecuted and impeached for what they are doing in the end so they learn that action have consequenses.

From my knowledge they can blatantly lie on the floor and nothing can happen to them. They have some sort of protection from prosecution while in the Capitol.
