Her words do exactly what they are supposed to do. She is casting a "continue sleeping" spell. It only affects those that want to grasp onto the reality they already believe.
"It is very harmful to our democracy..."
Glad you called it a spell. As there are people who take her words as reassuring that the system still speaks the same even if it's lies. Spell is strong
