Compensation from no one! The manufacturers have ZERO liability.

My doctor asked me if i was getting the vaccine and i told him “fuck no, i ain’t safe” he said, and i kid you not “if they made a vaccine that wasn’t safe then they would be getting sued left and right.” I let out a huge laugh and said “wow, ever hear of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act?” He says “no” so i pull out my phone, do a quick search and show him the official text that says:

“... no vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death: (1) resulting from unavoidable side effects; or (2) solely due to the manufacturer's failure to provide direct warnings. Provides that a manufacturer may be held liable where: (1) such manufacturer engaged in the fraudulent or intentional withholding of information; or (2) such manufacturer failed to exercise due care. He looks at me with a look of shock and says “oh... I had no idea” then proceeded to say “well, you should at least get the flu shot”. I shook my head in disgust and said “yeah, I’ll think about it”.

Now currently looking for a new doctor!
