It really ought to be called something other than "Free speech" because there's no such thing in the absolutist sense. If you get caught conspiring to murder someone then you're not getting off the hook because it's 1A and you hadn't gone to physically commit the crime yet.
The right to question, criticize, and ridicule is what has been removed has been effectively abrogated, Dorsey has no right to remove people for their views if they're legal whilst also being exempt from publisher status.
