I kind of feel like SCOTUS is still in the game as well, Clarence Thomas and the other guy, Alito seem like genuine good people, I think maybe ACB could be too, they are perhaps standing down until the very end to wrap it up nice and neat, properly lawful. Then again I'm not psychic so maybe it's wishful thinking.
