Anybody with a braincell knows he was sicker than he let on. He took every single treatment available and some that weren't a Walter Reed. You don't give that to somebody with "mild symptoms".

As to why is this coming out now? Who knows? Could just be a slow news day for them. There is no strategic advantage one way or the other.
