Because the MSM is full of shit. This is doing the rounds in Australia too. Same with the impeachment sham. Everything is framed to make Trump look the fool, 'tis why every article is paired with some photo of him looking befuddled or spit flying angry.

Every source for the these articles is essentially "some guy said" or according to The New York Times / Washington Post / whatever publication which in turn based their articles on "some guy said".

Remember how Melania couldn't wait to divorce Trump according to the MSM and some guy said?
