with Grahams change in vote it is now 55 to 45. Now we can bring our own witnesses and cross examine under oath?

I feel like this is shady because all of the A-hole Rinos voted yes, Murkiwski, Sasse, Graham etc. Why would they be voting for anything that would help our side? Do they have something up their sleeves, or am I misunderstanding something here?
