President Trump and his team need to have exhausted every single legal avenue of recourse for the 2020 election fraud before taking that final ultimate step.

In either outcome of this trial, the establishment politicians are going to come out smelling like shit. This is very much a case of damned if they do, damned if they don't regarding the decision on witnesses.
