Wtf is the point of the procedural bullshit? Every damn one of them knows how they are voting on the first day. Just let them vote and get it over with. OUR ENTIRE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH IS A JOKE. The house lights the consitution on fire and the senate pisses it out.
