IF such a case were brought, and a conviction secured (only with corrupt judges), of course it will be appealed and then end up before the SCOTUS, and, should SCOTUS come down on the side of the dems, then the 14th amendment would apply automatically.
The stacked and exponentially growing improbability of that ..... it would make the rise of life on earth as a consequence of nature to be unassailable in comparison.
