Can someone explain to me Richard Burrs thinking? He says that at first he believed it was not constitutional or, what I would say "lawful" to impeach Trump bcz he is no longer in office. However, he says, the Senate operates? on "precedent" so, if they decide to impeach a private citizen [illegal] they have now set a "precedent", which essentially establishes it? o_O
That is SO convoluted. Doesn't this simply mean Senate doesn't submit to the Constitution as the authority? Arrest them all!
When it is so convoluted it suggests lies and more lies. Let's not forget the belief that the voting public are stooooopid in their minds anyway
