True it isn't really about religious vs not religious. Religious= following man made organized structure. Faithful or spiritual= belief in God or higher power.. Recognising Good Vs Evil is a good start. We learn about God as the all good and loving presence. Evil has to be recognized as anything not good or not about love. Sometimes on the way to finding a church( organized community of like minded believers) seeing evil and calling it out for what it is hits us. Research. It's all part of the Journey.
