No. Simply presented, discussed and then voted on.

Leading to censure. Not an "impeachment", but in the end serving save needs to libtards as impeachment would. They supposedly didn't have enough votes on the libtard side as of 2 weeks ago, but that was when they thought they would impeach. And now they have 7 GOPe idiots.
