Actually I now think the first arrest that shocks the world is probably going to be Biden! Arresting the American President would be a shock heard around the world. The media would have a hard time spinning it. This is bigger than Trump.

Well we know it’s never happened before but in order for it to be under military rule - section 3 under the 14th amendment talks about elected officials aiding & abetting our enemies. It does not omit President & VP
