This is how these sites work : They pull names and addresses from voter rolls, listed addresses and business associated addresses etc. You could search that site and find anyone who is listed/registered to any of the above things - you'd find their name. Sites like this are designed so that you pay for the background check. Then they turn up zero arrests. It's the entire pull for the site. It's how they get your money. Just because a name shows up doesn't mean the people have been arrested. It's just the sites "con" to get you in. There are quite a few sites like that for other states as well as country wide. They run the same system. They do not mean a person has been arrested.

This is how you can get so many people's names, it doesn't mean anyone's been arrested.
