10TH AMENDMENT Rights Reserved to States or People Passed by Congress September 25, 1789. Ratified December 15, 1791. The first 10 amendments form the Bill of Rights
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
If there is no defined process in the constitution for the recall of congress members, would that not be a power left to the states or the people therein? I say we urge our state legislatures to remove these corrupt congress members from office.
Can they be recalled similarly to recalling a governor or state legislature?
If they write rules to do so, then I say yes.
