Yes my theory is the DS used this move to out the horror of a military control. They planted seeds for weeks here speaking that trump would do so here. Basically by acting first in a country most Americans had never even heard of they could build the stage as they chose to show each scene.
Again this was always a deep state play. They are showing why people need to not accept a transition here
