There's a McDonald's, a Wendy's and a Chick-fil-A in your town. Mcdonald's and Wendy's have coordinated to force the local government to close Chick-fil-A. This permits them to both raise their prices and lower their food quality. You have access to food--burgers--just maybe not the food you want, a chicken sandwich. You spend all your money on lunch and die from food poisoning.
If you do not have access to council of your choosing then you do not have access to council.
