Yeah this, Draghi was all over the EU-centric pilfering portion of the 2008 financial crisis as an alumni of one of the top thieves in the world, the vampire squid itself - Goldman Sachs. Not a good guy, but a subverter within the government/law enforcement apparatus who just so happens to let his buddies get away with crime.

Along with the other Mario who was his comrade in arms, Mario '3 card' Monti.
