That's funny because my dad who is a cop had the exact opposite opinion. He said first of all the cops would have formed a perimeter and definitely wouldn't let civilians touch her. A cop would have started life saving measures while others cops kept everyone back. 2nd the lack of blood splatter and 3rd he has seen many many neck/head gun shot wounds and the blood pools are 3 ft wide in seconds. He said none of those cops followed procedures if that had been a real shooting.
