Sorry to seem dumb. Kinda new around here. But I keep trying to create a post with a photo but it’s not working.

I have posted a few times, then after that it has been impossible for me . No matter how hard I try I can not get a post up. I finally gave up. Maybe I'm too old to figure it out . I'm always seeing thing I'd like to share here. I feel bad.
