I work in the industry, the keystone will resume soon but gas prices will continue to rise so that these companies and the elites cane make more money. The move with the keystone is all a money game.

OK, so my understanding is that the keystone wasn't actually finished being constructed. I don't understand how stopping construction led to the increase in gas prices. It wasn't actually producing oil, so there would have been no affect on supply. What am I missing?
