I studied google maps for a bit and this looks to a) be legit and b) be on the south lawn. One thing I noticed is that the street view on maps DOES NOT show a sidewalk (where there is one behind Biden). This was either added or the photo from Maps is dated. I guess both would apply. The trees and branches even seem to match. Not sure what to make of this.
