Whitewater investigation will be fren. They have been stealing and selling land forever. China had bought land on the west coast, I recall talk of some middle east country buying ports on the east coast. Haven't verified though. Gates just bought a shit ton of land.
In my county every parcel of land that isn't newly developed is marked for transfer to agricultural. FAR FAR cheaper than what the land is currently valued at under current zoning.
They had a plan. Drop property values and run people out, transfer everything to agricultural and buy the farm dirt cheap.
