Look at the places run by democrats. Genuine shitholes. So no, I don't think they care about it being all nice and sparkly so long as THEIR compounds are.

Besides, the goal is that we no longer have the right to land ownership, so they'll have all of their pristine land in the end and citizens will be herded into the shithole cities.
