I have the pleasure of a “do it your own” franchise— walked up at 7:30 am — owner outside with no mask talking to customer with mask— went in with no mask and had a delightful conversation and sale — only hardware/alternative to big box I’ll ever go to again— plus owner was knowledgeable and very helpful— the good never stops
