New post on here by fellow Anon Austin area I believe has rolling blackouts 17 minutes on 17 minutes off. They're experiencing done brutal cold for their area.

Ercot implements rolling blackouts for whole state of TX. Here in Abilene 14.8” of snow and currently 1 degree. Word is possibly no water for up to 4 days.
