ECW came up through the SES ranks faster than anyone I've seen. SES/SIS was created under Carter and kept it's numbers small (<3000) for decades. When Hussein occupied the WH, he increased the ranks to nearly 13,000 SES/SIS. The executive service serves as the permanent Deep State bureaucracy and is where the real power in government exists. Yes, the SES logo is a keystone.
Why does he still have the SES flag?
He’s one of the biggest players at the pentagon, why wouldn’t he have the American flag and a DoD flag or something?
That photo has been around since his name was known. It is unusual to use that for your official photo, usually it is the American flag. Good question.
