Please spread the word that https://dominionclassaction.com/ is NOT a legit site! EDIT: It was posted by a user who snatched it from TDW, being promoted by the gatewaypundit & may possibly be doxxing those who fall for it (see post below) EDIT: Documents appear to be part of court case on courtlister’s site.
Not only is this site asking for personal information, and donations - they’re going above and beyond they actually want a photo of you AND a copy of your ID! https://dominionclassaction.com/how-to-join
The first submission is a clear portrait picture of your face. Use good lighting to illuminate and center the image on your whole face. Don't wear a hat, glasses, or mask or any other object around your head for the picture. To help our staff please ensure that in the portrait picture your person resembles that your Photo ID. The second submission is of two pictures including the front and back of your photo ID.The address on your photo ID must match the address where you were registered to vote at the time of the 2020 Election. Don't allow shadows and use good lighting to illuminate the whole ID. Ensure the image is well focused and the text is legible.
It’s an extremely poorly written site - but we know that won’t stop some unlucky soul from falling prey to this.

My POINT IS: It’s clear that everyone can’t pick out scams! This isn’t just some site scamming people for donations - they’re actually collecting pictures of those of us who KNOW the election was a fraud! I haven’t confirmed - but the site was registered BEFORE there were any public claims of suing Dominion.
PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS SITE! Patriots are getting taking advantage of and marking themselves.
xxxxx Message To The Vulnerable on this site who probably fell for it xxxxx Please know that you will never be asked to donate to help cover legal fees in a class action lawsuit. And not all class action lawsuits are nationwide, so if your state hasn’t filed a class action suit as some others may have, your day will come! You have to be a member of the class the lawsuit is scoped for. Lastly, class action lawsuits are court approved. The defendants are almost always required to NOTIFY the class - especially when the class membership is known. Here are a couple of sites I check at random to see if there’s any class action lawsuits I may be a classmember of. These sites typically have lawsuits where the entire class can’t be easily identified (but they’re always announced in some news media):
https://www.classaction.org/list-of-lawsuits/ | https://www.classaction.com/lawsuits/
What is your evidence that it’s not real? Did you talk to the lawyer or firm that is putting forth this lawsuit and ask them if it’s theirs?
Seriously? It’s actually one of the worse I’ve seen - In terms of being completely obvious - but hey! If you REALLY believe an attorney would be asking for donations, giving themselves an unnecessary workload by collecting all the shit they want, not to mention, must have a high schooler or a person who’s 1st language isn’t english do all their written comms -
Guess I’ll just pay them a visit! The pin on the map from the contact page doesn’t show their address - but oops! It’s still on the site - here’s the firm’s office:

Because surely you wouldn’t THINK that people can just call a number on the site to verify the site isn’t a scam, right? I didn’t realize people can actually be fooled by this... There’s is NO way people are this - thoughtless, maybe? I just don’t even know what to say.
Don’t be gullible/dumb/naive/uninformed/whatever to fall victim to OR rationalize for the most obvious scams.
No, I didn’t! Only because I recognized it without the need the need to Lol! Among other things, I saw the Contact Us page had no address and the map pin was blank - I couldn’t even clicked it.
It wasn’t until you QUESTIONED me that I provided you with the address proof to prove my point. And my apologies... I didn’t mean to ridicule you; not my intent! I was actually trying to sound like a bitch with a smart ass mouth (how’d I do, seriously?)... But I’m in NO WAY laughing at you for asking questions! In fact, you can see by my post history I’m quite defensive when it comes down to people doing exactly what you think I did. I’m constantly reminding others to question everything!
Anyhoo - I definitely would NOT expect you to take any asshat’s word over the Internet, or the phone, for that matter! That’s the only reason reason why I thought you were simply being a jerk - because why would you believe some asshat over the phone, right? You just said you don’t believe one over the internet. I guess I didn’t realize how the phone might be different than the internet (still don’t)... but I learned something new :)
I’m sorry I can’t outline my every thought (not really a good use of time) - I do state what I think are the obvious things, but what might be obvious to me may not be obvious to others, so I’ll be more specific in the future. Usually I pluck out x, and provide y & z if necessary. My posts are just long as hell and I’m actually trying to be brief, lol! At any rate - hope we both takeaway a new learn! Lol
It’s irrelevant if it’s phone internet or whatever it’s the concept of corroborating information. Multiple sources of information saying the same thing doesn’t mean it’s true but it’s a whole lot more trustworthy than some random fuckface on the internet making guesses.
MO-Carpenter - How about since you’re the one who actually led to the discovery of an historical landmark being used as the address for a scam - why not notify the county/owner? Don’t want people burning this building down thinking their lawyer shammed them, you know. It’ll also help to expose this scam :)
