Like everything else, manipulation of the weather has been weaponized. There is ample public information about HAARP and related tech to show this is a real thing.

I was wondering ... this idea does make sense. Perhaps they've been purposely trying to promote their global warming agenda this way and thus we've had milder winters. I'm not a fan of cold weather but living in the middle of the country we get all four seasons here.
