I don't see any pedo symbols. The design on the pillow doesn't match the "boy lover" symbol" or any other pedo symbol that I know of. The room looks like it's probably her young son's playroom with an improvized dollhouse made out of a cardboard box with a door cut in it, some blocks, and other typical toys.

My guess is that she meant it a joke (ie, she heard that Tom Hanks had recently caught the Coronavirus and thought it would be funny to photograph her kid's Woody doll keeled over), and she might have taken it down after deciding it was in poor taste.
