Man, nothing down here is ready for anything below 20 temps!

Our houses are drafty. Our power are pulled too tight. Our transformers freeze. Salt the road? Ha! Our road are built for rain!! A fraction of an inch of ice will slide you into the ditch!! And our tires go rock hard below 30. Our water lines are only a foot in the ground, so they freeze. ... Basically everything you need to deal with a cold winter, we don't have.

But when it's hot and wet, we got it covered!
