This comes down to shit law enforcement.

Enforcing the dictates of dictator mayors & governors who think they can create new tyrannical laws on the fly.

Where I live (in California), law enforcement refuses to enforce the dictates.

I can walk into any fascist-owned store I want, without a mask.
They ask me politely to put on a mask.
I refuse and that's the end of it.
Because they know law enforcement doesn't have their back.
