Ruby and Shaye, I believe Ruby is Shaye's mamma, Also don't forget about those creepy ass guidestones, I feel like Georgia is special to these people, almost like they want it as a home base.
My theory is that TED TURNER is the one who commissioned the GG. Don't forget that it was also around 1980 when he started CNN which he viewed as the news network for the globe.
Oh, I hadn't thought of that, interesting, I had convinced myself that Bill Gates had a hand in it, since he has such a hard on for depopulation, and he's super wealthy, but who knows, it could be a board of sorts that commissioned it.
