Arrests might happen when The 25th Amendment is used on Biden ?? Theory ??

I thought about what Trump said at the Alamo in January where he said that the 25th Amendment would come back Biden and THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION. Think about it, how would using the 25th Amendment haunt The Biden Administration? Wouldn't Biden just be removed and Kamala takes his place? Or is Trump's statement foreshadowing something?
